How to get fit fast? Please help!?
I'm a 17 yr old female. My prom is in mid April and I want to look drop dead gorgeous. I know I am slightly overweight (by like 20 lbs). I have gone from a size 3 to an 8 in less than a year. I need to lose weight/fat in my thighs, waist and stomach mostly. I would appreciate any exercise/ workouts I could do, things I should/should not eat, etc. Anything would be helpful. I would also like to stay away from harsh diets, and I do not have (and will not get) a gym membership, any exercise will be done at my house. I do have a weight set, punching bag, pull up bars, etc. Thank you so much!!! <3
This is what I do, Im 5'6'' 120 pounds, and have killer abs, this works, and it will work for you if your serious girl!
EVERDAY!!!
50 high front kicks /ie. Kickboxing style
25 sumo squats /toes pointed out hold for 5 seconds
30 jumping jacks
20 push ups
50 mtn climbers
25 triceps dips hold 5-10 lb weights behind your head lifting up and down
30 sec jump rope
40 sec plank
30 wide rows w 10 lb weight lean forward and pull weights to chest picture squeezing a walnut between your shoulder blades
30 jumping jack keep your heart rate up!!
20 more pushups
Single alternate leg squats 50 count
30 backward alterate kick. Kick hard!
25 chest flies w 10 lb weights
50 crunches
30 sec jump rope with butt kicks
20 squats w weights
30 sec jab, hook and uppercut punches 3 times thru out work out
30 bicycle crunches
Lay on back plant your feet and lift you hip bones to the ceiling for 1 min
Run 2 to 3 mi every other day swimming is also very slimming. Kickboxing tones and gives you cardio.
Eating. the easiest way to eat healthy without spending a shiny penny is eating the same foods and watching your portions. I have 1/2 cup of oatmeal every morning and cut up half a bananna in it, no butter brown sugar or milk! None!! For lunch, sometimes im not hungry if i have 3/4 cup of oatmeal and a full bananna but i am i am eat another bananna and drink a big glass of water to curb appetite, and have a adams peanut butter sandwhich on 7 grain wheat breat, good protein that keeps you full. For dinner I have a spinach and grlled chicken salad with fat free cesar or a vinegrette, i season the chicken with sea salt pepper and lemon juice. Snacks can be sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes or avocdos. Also grilled fish is very good for you.
Most of all, will power, it hard to stick to a diet, but remember it take 12 weeks to really see results, you can do this, and it will be worth it in the end doll!
