http://www.fairtex.com/product_info.php?info=p57_Boxing-Liniment-BR--14-oz.html
and i put it on after my muscles were sore and it didnt help that much at all my muscles are still really sore why is this?
Because soreness is a natural consequence of hard exercise, and liniments or ointments can only go so far in reducing it?
You may be overdoing some of your training, doing too many repetitions of an exercise and really doing damage to your muscles. Check your training schedule: do you include rest days? They're needed, if you're training a lot.
It may be that you're getting hit a lot in hard sparring and the soreness is injury, not just exercise soreness.
